1. Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.


We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms.

2. Orders & Fulfilment

All meals are prepared fresh and made to order based on customer selections. Due to the perishable nature of our products, accuracy of ordering is the responsibility of the customer.


Once weekly order cutoffs have passed and fulfillment has begun, changes to orders may be requested, but are not guaranteed.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us directly.


If a subscription is canceled after an order has been placed and fulfillment has begun, refunds are not guaranteed. This includes situations where the weekly order cutoff has passed, ingredients have been purchased, or meals have entered preparation or cooking.
Because all meals are shopped for and prepared specifically for your order, cancellations after this point may not be eligible for refunds or credits.

  • Subscription Billing: Subscription charges recur automatically based on the plan selected until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring orders.

A la carte orders

All a la carte purchases are made to order.


Once an a la carte order has been placed and fulfillment has begun, refunds are not guaranteed. This includes orders placed after the weekly cutoff or orders already in preparation or completed.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds, credits, or replacements may be issued at our discretion in cases such as incorrect items received, quality issues reported promptly, or order fulfillment errors caused by us.


Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery or pickup and may require photo documentation.

Marketing Communications (Email & SMS)

By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive communications from Prime Fuel Kitchen, including order updates, promotional offers, marketing emails, and marketing text messages (SMS/MMS).

  • Email Communications: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email.
  • SMS / MMS Communications: By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages from Prime Fuel Kitchen.
